[D2OL] no points
Has Sengent D2OL got a history of missing points or being very slow to add them. down loaded quite a few conformers a few days ago but I am sure not all were credited, also had the client running for everal days with hardly anything more added.

Sengent are notorious for losing points, Wombat. Usually this happens over the weekend, but I guess the holiday period is no different.
What happens is the stats server breaks, there's no-one there to fix it, so you don't get the credit, although the science isn't lost but that is no consolation to the sender of the results. Since I started Sengent, I have "lost" ~ 20,000 conformers. Not very reassuring, I'm afraid.
