PSP PRP converts to combined scoring for FP & SP

The PRP part of the Prime Sierpinski Project is now converting to combined scoring for first pass and second pass tests (the same as GIMPS and Seventeen or Bust).

There used to be separate points for first pass and second pass, whereas the first pass ranking was the one used for the DC-Vault. This change should not have too much impact on the Vault. A few teams will switch places and the score for each position will decrease a bit as there is now one more team.

The change will occur when Nanobot finds the time to change his scripts.
