Funny CPU

Hi guys, I have an unlocked AthlonXP1500+, I have it currently running at 10.5 * 152, I can pick up the multi or lower, when I do my mobo wont reboot and the monitor turns off, I thought that only happens when you overclock to high, but I cant even get to go at 9.5 * 152. Right now it is running stable. Any comments?

Hello..... the 9.5 multplier give me problems too. Don't really know why. Might be something with the MoBo design. I know I can't go any higher then 154 on this Raid board. Hope this helps.

Thanks,You cant go lower than 10? but can you go higher? I cant even go 11, this is a problem. I think it might be the new BIOS that I flashed.

I have'n flashed the bios yet, am running the "stock" one that came with the MoBo (4j). I can run 10 thur 12 multplyers. I can't use anything lower then 10. Question: Why would want to go lower? I have read here and elsewere that this board does not like anything higher 155 max.

I read that some people got to go as high as 174 FSB, I cant go higher then 10.5. You should update your BIOS cuase you also get the newest RAID drivers from HighPoint.
