See now, what you really want to do is, not shutdown your PC EVER... and run a DC project! :xnod:

I have no idea if this will work but I installed tweak XP and it gave a an icon on my desktop "shutdown winXP". I never tried it so I don't know if it'll work. The target is C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe -s -t 01 and it looks like it will work without tweak XP installed.
Let me know if it worked.
Not like I ever shut down my PC. Execpt when it's on fire or something.

Try this one
C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe -r -t 01
I think that will work 'cause I managed to 2x click on it by accident loking at the properties and it almost shutdown. The only reason it didn't was because I had outlook open and it stoped with the normmal "close all office apps" box. Hope it works.

there are lots of options you can play with, type:
shutdown /?
in a console window.
