Take it <a href="http://www.iexbeta.com/">Here</a>

Note:This is beta software, which has not been officially released by Microsoft.I got it, and my first impression was that it seems to be faster than the previous version. There is a "resume" now from download operation. It includes all the latest security updates that have recently been released for the final version of the Internet Explorer 6.0.Get it while it's hot :)

I downloaded it and it asks me to install it in a directory, why does it do that? why doesn't it just update IE6 like a patch or they haven't done that part yet? What happens with the install, how does it work? I dont like to install any beta progs from Microsoft, last time i updated IE was few years ago and when the real version came out I could not uninstall the beta so had to reformat the whole drive. I think I will wait till the real version comes out.

I actually like it I guess I haven't realized it but IE hasn't crashed since the update. So Bravo MS

I confess I have chickened out too  Whilst I am fed up with ie6, the prosopect of confusing thisgs further with a beta is not one I want to risk currently.
