Well as long as I am in this room....
we finally finished the integra...
engine is complete (for now) and runnig as follows

1,834CC (bored over displacement)
JE Forged pistons 10.5:1 Compression .25 overbore
JE Forged Rods
Jackson Racing supercharger 6 psi boost w/ Liquid intercooler
Aem Fuel pressure regulator / jacksonracing fuel management unit
Fully ballanced engine rotating assembly (pistons/crank/rods)
Balenced/ Lightened flywheel w/ stage II clutch
Aem Camgears / Lighened pulleys
DC sports 4into 1 header / catback exaust / short throw shifter
HI flow fuel pump / ITR injectors.. no sure on brand of pump.

i will post some pictures soon for any who are interested... look also at my homepage for the prior pictures....

future improvements will be to send out the supercharger reworking it to a max boost of 15psi doubling up on the Liquid Intercooler pumps which will mostlikely be custom, chaning the crank pulley so the supercharger actually runs at 15psi at that time... hondata ecu to fully control spark /fuel curve rev limiter (3 stages) perhaps an integra type r tranney...

right now weve managed to walk all over some stock camaros / mustangs... and even beat an S2000... althouh it took 3 gears to be it... close race with the ram air trans ams... we come out until the end of 3rd gear.. then they over take us above 100... :(

unfortunatly its not my car.... LOL

and recently my friend hooked up the fuel management unit backwards!!!

aaaahhhh !!!!

with the old fuel pump it developed 80psi max....but with the new fuel pump it would develop much more pressure... with the extra regulator hooked up in revers... 150-200 psi built up... and blew out the diaphram in the stock regulator.

filling the intake manifold / #4 cylinder wiht gas!
so weve been trying to clean it out / fix it
thank heavens the engine wasnt running when the regulator blew...
it happend on a restard.. and shot fuel 5 feet in the air!

man do i have to double check all his work?
