I have a Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 64 meg (Kyro2).
I'm running it with aslot A Athlon 500 (soon to upgrade to a Thunderbird 850).
I want to know about overclocking the card. It lets my slide the bar up to a max of 205 (from the factory set 175). Can anywone give me advice on that? Will it be safe with the fan it came with and how far can i take it without encountering graphical glitches or overheating?
I'd really appreciate any advice on this guys.

my friend had the same card and it didnt take too kindly to overclocking, though its really just a case of try and see, i think that 10% o/c is very possible. I should think that the fan will be enough unless you really wanna try and go mad. But with the performance added being not that amazing its prob not worth modding the kyro 2. When you do overclock look for artifacts eg texture gaps and white lines, and that will tell when you have reached the limit.... Plus run 3d mark in a loop to check that the card wont crash at its new speed.
