Mushkin DDRam?

Would anyone have any knowledge about Mushkin Ram. I have 512Mb DDRam. What are the best settings for this ram. Becuase when I set it this way:

Secondary Lat Timer : 20h
Fast Writes : enabled
4X
Enabled
Disabled
Enabled

The BIOS stops loading at the point of when it is checking the raid.
Would anyone know better settings for the new RAM?
