KG7-Raid And Athlon XP

I have a queston will my KG7-Raid support AMD Athlon XP 1500+1.330GHz
cpu? Will I still be able to over clock the cpu on this motherboard. What is a good version of the bios to run with Athlon XP and Windows XP on this motherboard.
