Well it seems that I recieved a PC 133 SystemBoard Socket 307 M779LMR, the mainboard is incredibly slow, so slow I can't even install WinME since it crashes all the time and it even sometimes freezes for no reason at all in 98. Can anyone recommend a great mainboard for a PIII 800mhzEB with SDRAM slots? Thanks

Even if the board is slow, it should not freeze or crash regularly unless there is something wrong. Sounds like a hardware confilct of some sort there, you might want to double check the hardware connections and settings.

The board is in perfect condition, it's only been used for a total of five hours. It just seems to be unable to handle Windows ME and in 98 all my games and word processing programs are really slow compared to my 700mhz and my 200mhz computers lol. Though it only freezes in Windows ME and above.

I had the similar problem on a system I built.Tried instaling ME and 98se and 10 mins from the end it would crash. In the end it turned out to be a faulty stick of ram .

I just got a Soyo 7VBA133U for a little OEM system I was upgrading, I got it for $70 new, supports all PIII cpus including Tualatin, and runs ultra fast. If your looking for cheap PIII action, its a good solution.
However, I find it unlikely that there is anything wrong with your current board. Sounds like a hardware conflict. Maybe it doesnt like the RAM, or something in BIOS is not configured right. Would be my guess.
