The greatness of Mountain Dew dates back to the days of yore, when dragons, wargs and many a foul beastie roamed the country side. So great was this plague of monsterdom upon mankind that a lad set out on a journey to recieve a blessing from the gods, that he may free his people from the roving terrors.

To make a long post short, Mountain Dew is that blessing. Sweet nectar of the gods.

Acutally, Mt Dew originated from Dragon urine. It was once said that dragon urine could cure ailgments....so a bunch of brave knights held a big cup under its dingdong. They then took the strange brew to Doc Brown(ya know the guy from 'back to the future' the movies. I guess he was in this time period). Doc Brown made a big ice machine and chilled the urine...then tried to fill the Deloriean Time Machine with it, thinking it could power it. Instead the engine blew, and the dragon Urine-dew splew everywhere. A bit got in Doc Brown's mouth, and the savory taste made his taste buds explode in joy. And the nectar of the gods was born...

i swear baptiser the amount of Mt.dew consumed by me and my girlfriend the first two years we were together and several years before that on my on is an outrageous amount I hate to even think about the effects it has taken on my body. does drinking alot of soda cause alot of damage? but this past year or so ive been on dr.pepper and i drink tons of that too so oh well....but seriously mt.deww tastes like sh_it to me now i use to be a feind :)

Hehe. WeeWilly, too much pop isnt that big of a deal. It just eats away at your stomach wall, your intestinal cavities, ages your liver by 2 x (x^oz of pop/20), and might rot your teeth! other than that, just gives pop/soda gas!

Ok Bap your getting there , peat is composed of decayed plant matter laid down over tens & even hundreds of thousands of years, old sherry barrels are used ( but sometimes old bourbon barrels are also used)!
