How do ya do it? I wanna name a folder with all the letters in capitals. Everytime I 'enter' the name in caps it changes all the letters apart from the first one back to small.

Well, with Win98 and Win2K, when you have a folder open, under the view menu, there is Folder Options. Click on the 'View' tab. You will see a bunch of options about how your folders will be viewed. There is also an option under 'Files and Folders' that says 'Allow all uppercase names.' Click that, then click the "Like Current Folder" button, then Apply, then OK. :D

Well, if I was at home, and had a spare 512M RAM, I could boot up my server and find out. But....since I'm at work and know Win98 and 2K rather well (98 at work, 98 at home, recently upgraded to 2K), I can't help. :(

Hmmmm.....how about this: From Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q130598)
