This is the same regulator as the MSI K7T266 Pro2. This is a nice simple how to.

I already did this mod on my Pro2. Works perfectly and the BIOS will still vary the voltage from the "new" modded default voltage.

BUT....you better be decent with a soldering iron. It's pretty tight in there.
