We had to reformat/re-install everything on my bros comp. We expected this re-install to take care of a weird little problem with his puter but the problem is still there. :(
Any idea why his HD light (on case) would flash every couple of seconds when in windows 98? It doesn't do it in bios. I t does it when the computer is idle (not D/L'ing anything). A flashing light would be no problem except for the fact that these flashes synch with little stalls/freezes in gameplay and while watching real player or movies at the beginings of games.
??? anyone...bad hd sectors and/or disks, virus ????
