Taps for my xp1600

"A bugle playing taps softly in the background." Xp1600 has departed me. I removed the waterblock after I saw a tiny leak(comp was running then I shutdown) reapplied waterblock no system power on. Popped in a old duron and presto working again. Not a scratch on the xp and no damage to the core or any exposed pcb. Contacted Vendor they will replace chip after they inspect it and look for any foul play. Scrubbed all the the resin and superglue off the xp and it looks good but will still have to keep my fingers crossed that it will pass their exam.

Well my rma xp is due tuesday They have replaced it with a new one I guess it passed their microscopic examination. I have to say I have truly missed my xp over these last two weeks.

very doubtfull if i could do that here (they probably would not replace the chip )
