I built my first water cooled system about 4 months ago.
Epox 8K7A+
T-Bird 1.4@1693
154FSB
2.05Vcore
2.7 Vmem
300wat PP303X Antec PS
Crucial 2100DDR
CPU temp 26C Crunchin SETI 20C idle.
Water temp 14.7C (One good use for winter:D )
Made my own block, got a transmission cooler for a radiator that fots 2 120mm fans side by side (10"x5"x1"), the pump is a Little Giant inline 170GPH, and as of now the resivore is a 2gallon bucket.
I am buying tabletop CNC mill in the next month and willbe making some new blocks and testing them. I also plan on milling some aluminum resivores. A freind of mine is an engineer and knows how to do all of the CNC codeing and knows the engeineering stuff and i have the money for the Mill and the design knowlege for water blocks so we are going in on it together. We both have dozens of ideas on what to use the mill for. I can also make templates for PCB boards.
Anyway, what are you setups and system specs?

Well you can see most of my specs in my sig and you can see pictures of my system if you click on the link in my sig. The only difference is that I now have a MAG 250 instead of the Rio 800 in the pic. When you get the new blocks done make sure u post some pics we would love to see em. And are you going to be selling em?

Nice setup!!! Yes in the future I willbe selling them along with other stuff like fan controllers, LCD temp probes, thermal controlled fan controllers, ect....
With the CNC I can make a template for the PCB boards to were I can lay the template down and mask off the spots I want to keep and then etch the board and drill the holes with the CNC.
Where can you fins MAG and RIO pumps at?

Nice setup Northern Yankee!! :) but as i'm just about to start building my water cooling setup i'm wondering does the water block really get that warm still to require those fans??
PS. whats with that slow fecking screensaver SETI@HOME

Good point you can take about 10% off your crunch time with the command-line version. I am averaging 3hrs 47mins a unit with my water cooled setup.

Well the purpose of the fans is that just in case the pump or something else in the cooling system fails the fans keep the CPU cool enough so that I have time to shutdown, and they do work I have done tests to see if the fans make a difference in pump failure scenarios. They don't have any measurable effect in day-to-day operations.
And as for Seti I do use the CLC I had that in there just for a nice pic. I can do a WU in 4.5 with the command line.

NorthernYankee: I think you have the exact same radiator I have. Mine is just an oil transmission cooler that will fit 2- 120mm fans side by side with just a little bit of fin sticking out on both sides. I was going to mount mine like your exept i was going to cut out 2 holes for the 120's and mount the rad under the fans to where the fans where sucking air through the rad and out the case. i don't think it would be nearly as efficient as your though.

Actually I have done some experiments and there is not a signifigant difference in temps(1-2C) when the fans are pulling air through instead of pushig like I have. Though in some case 1-2 can mean the difference between stabilty and BSOD's.

Looks interesting. We dont need anymore water blocks, but some chiller blocks, those would be great :)

i had a direct core cooling setup (no waterblock) but that died a miserable death after 2 months of gallant cooling
i used a bit of drain pipe, a watering can, and a eheim 1250 pump which is tmutts nuts when it comes to pumps, absolutly silent and a serious flow rate (you also don't need to keep it more than a meter from your hdd's like the mag :) )
