Getting error

Ok, so I'm getting into this DC stuff. Anyway I thought I'd check out DIMES. Downloaded what I needed but get an error message when I try to run it. I've gone to where it tells me but I really can't decipher as to what I need to download. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

you need java installed. when you go to the Dimes website, the first thing it says is you need Java 1.4 or better.remember Windows does not come with Java anymore.

http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp it's about 20mb worth..

Thanks for the link Rusty. When I try that, I get this error. Any thoughts? I'm stumped. I tried this install on my laptop and it works fine. This just happens on my desktop.
