Noone at Team Ninja will ask or force anyone to crunch for the team. What we want to offer is a place to discuss projects, to help out with setting up and configuring clients.

I started crunching in May of this year. I visited a number of forums before picking Team Ninja. This seemed like a good bunch of people. I enjoy being a member...and I know I made the correct choice.

I never thought that the point of DC was to "be a force of aggression dominantion" nor did I ever equate respect with that type of behavior.

For me its fun ... friendly competition and a place to learn from others and to share common experiences.

I run WCG in the HOPE that what I am working on could possibly help someone in the future..

I started crunching way back in the last millennium. :geezer:

I originally found one of the predecessors to this forum while investigating other DC projects that my team could run.

The information, help and fun I have found here led me to contribute some work to a few of the TN projects, which I would not have done if I had thought this team was aggressively competitive.
