Umm... that is good actually, but if these are actually fake banks committing scams... why not report them to the authorities?? Somethin's fishy...

dunno TBH but some of the sites they attack are down :D and I do not think a real bank would be!

It does not download anything active, so should be safe in this respect. If you inspect the code for the page it will likely be some use of simple javascript.
