I think this error attached is because there are variables set and it needs to resend them if you refresh.

Is there a way to suppress this? or kill the variables?

Here's what I got. A page that has HTML fields and submit button that inserts them into SQL. the form action is PHP_SELF so it stay on the page. The page contains a list of call ins and the user is going to refresh the page to see the new call ins.

With the Variables set, I'm going to keep adding to SQL everytime they refresh. Thats a waste. :p

I tried $var=''; and var_dump($var) No luck

Ideas?

Tanks

I'm not sure if this applies in this case, but I have gotten rid of that message by adding the following to .htaccess in the given directory:php_value session.cache_limiter private_no_expire
