Threads not loading

Howdy! Looks like threads aren't loading very well for me. Either they take about 30 times the amount of time to load as on the old version, or they don't load at all. I get no error message. The pic at the top of the screen loads fine, but everything below that catches the late train.

It seems to be much better now Nano, thanks. :) It still slightly hangs on the top image before loading the rest, but it's fast enough.

Another hint, if you are using IE, is to click on Tools/Internet OPtions and select Settings. In there make sure that you do not have "Check for newer versions of stred pages" set to "Every visit to the page", I use the Automatically setting.

I also edit "privacy" and add ninjamicros to the "always allow" list.

That saves no end of problems with IE6. :)

Yeah, I had "always check" checked, I figured IE would be a slacker otherwise. ;)

I optimized the logo from 351k to 39k, since that's the first thing to load it may have been part of the hangup there. I meant to do that before we went live but got overlooked, apologies! :)
