THE Mod to have for UT: UT4E (Unreal Tournament Forever) - http://www.planetunreal.com/u4e/
Like they say at the site, "If you ain't got it, then you ain't got Unreal."

Another great mod: Monster Hunt - http://www.unreal.co.za/shrimp/mods/monsterhunt/index.htm (Takes coop play to a whole new level. ;) )

Got the Bender model? Ram 2000 does: http://www.planetunreal.com/ram2000/skins/index.htm Visit them for your model/skin/voice patch fix!! :) Don't forget to download the "Connery" voicepatch if you've seen the Jeopardy! skit on SNL. ;) Funniest UT voicepack, hands down!!

Visit UTBuilder at http://www.planetunreal.com/utbuilder/ to make your Star Wars experience an Unreal one. BTW - they have a petition up; please have a gander and give it a sig if you agree. :)

I haven't got it personally Fizban, but from what I'm reading on other forums, it's possibly the best version yet! If you're a UT fan, word on the street is... get it now :D

Have you not tried the demo (http://www.unrealtournament.com/ut2004/downloads.php) yet tho' m8? I realise the final release will be have improvements, but that's the best way t' both see what it looks like, and check how it plays on your particular system ;)

I have UT 2004,
and I have to admit it is pretty fun to play. The return of Assault and the new Onslaught modes add quite considerably to the fun - it's certainly way better than UT2003. It also runs smoothly on my nForce2 integrated graphics and looks reasonably pretty (albiet with low detail graphics), which is quite sick really, cos Tokara Forest in UT2003 wouldn't run more the 7 to 10 FPS, whereas the same map in UT2004 will run smoothly and look better... same hardware, which says alot about how innefficient the UT2003 code was!

I'm not sure if it is quite as much fun as the origenal UT GOTYE, but once a few mods come out it should be in that kind of league.
