v0.99: 93 points/day
v2: 137 points/day

Didnt know the numbers were so huge! On closer analysis of performance, the score will be closer to 150 than 137...so its about 60%!! faster/worth more....

bubba tried it and it crashed 60% of the way through the first protein :mad:

I'm at sequence 20/30 now on my overclocked XP2400+....no probs this far..

I'll install it on a few this evening....
Cant believe I'm saying that, after running
the gromacs core on what is the disaster F@H..... always crashing.

I've been running it continuously on my XP2400 @2.250GHz now for 3 weeks.
It has not crashed once, nor has it crunched anything but Genome units. I have UD Monitor configured to cache 8 w00ts, but I have it set to transmit before switching caches. If for any reason it can't send in the result, it simly stores it and starts working on the next cache. When that completes, it tries to send in both results - this way I don't have a rig standing idle when Stanford goes "offline".

no problems on either rig yet;) both running xp pro...
