How big is a 4U rackmount?

Just sort of trying to get an idea of how big they are,
cos I might have to find some space for about 3 or 4 of them. Sizes relative to a midi-tower would be nice! :)

most rackmounts are about the same size as a midi tower, so stacking 3or4 on top of each other would save space;)

And just so you know, 1u is 1.75" :)

The racks of 1u Dell servers we have here look really tastey. Especialy with their little blue front LEDs glowing away :D
