EPoX UK (http://www.epox.org/) posted two new BIOS versions today: 8RD13117.BIN (C400) for the EP-8RDA and 8RDA3117.BIN (9300) for the EP-8RDA+.
Both have long fix lists, click read more for the details and download links. Oh, and make sure you get the right version for your board ;)

6.) Change 'USB keyboard support' default to 'Enabled'.
