Microsoft has published a Web page to promote the efforts of its new antipiracy manager, Dave Swartzendruber, as he attempts to seek out and shut down sites that violate the nondisclosure agreement (NDA) that all candidates agree to when they take a Microsoft certification exam. Swartzendruber and Microsoft's legal department have already seized the assets of one Web site operator. To learn more about the initial success of this program, visit the Microsoft Web site.
