For those of you who are having a problem logging in to get their mail, here is a quick update. For whatever reason, the change over seems to have changed the way the login works, and instead of needing the entire email address, IE: YOURNAME@Ninjamicros.com, to login, you only need "YOURNAME" as the login name. The password is still the same. This will work for most people, although some may still have the DNS problem until the propagation is complete.

I have my mail set up as a pop account. In my OE (under Account --> Servers) I changed my account name from chelle@ninjamicros.com to just chelle. That did the trick.

If it's not working give it a few more hours to propagate. That will depend on how frequently your ISP updates their DNS.

It will be next week before the DNS is cache is cleared here at work. :(

purely out of interest, who has NinjaMicros email addresses?

owners, mods admins? any 'ordinary' members ?

The people who have email accounts here are:

Members who had email accounts prior to the merger AKA- Supporters

Current Mods/Admins/ and Owners obviously.

"regular members" do not have ninjamicros.com email accounts. Sorry Bozo.

Quick update.

All people who are using the web to access the ninjamicros.com email accounts: There is a problem with the new version of the control panel inferface we use for our website, and this is what is causing the problem. The accounts are there, and they are ok, and no email is being lost. Unfortunately, these updates are not optional. Many other websites and hosts who use this are having the same problems. If you can use something like Outlook, please do. Outlook Express, and Eudora are free email clients that you can download and use until the website is sorted. Thanks for your patience.

*update* FWC got the Neomail bug worked out in the Cpanel, all should be working now.
