Hi Jed. the only thing I've seen is from the FAQ:
Do I have to be always connected to use (D2OL)™?
No, each time (D2OL)™ connects to The Rothberg Institute's servers it will retrieve enough work to last approximately 24-36 hours. In addition, results are queued until your computer establishes an internet connection and are then reported to the server, so no results are lost if you shut down your computer or disconnect from the internet.

As far as I've been able to determine, the current work PTEN & P13K will remain current until the fifth run has been completed.
This is not likely to happen in the very near future, so work should remain good for a while. If possible, I wouldn't leave it longer than 48 hours though.

The real problem would be that you would run out of work thus in a way forcing you to send up work. From what I know about sengent the server knews what you were assigned and waits for it but after a bit of time will reassign the work back out which is why you cant just copy and past your node on many machines each one needs a unique node or you'll get the same work on each machine.
