It seems there is a problem with the server as nobody has uploaded any results for the last 6 hours.

Otoh, I do have 4 or so of these files in the distribfold dir:
uzxz6vfl_protein_0043929.val.bz2
So..i guess Nano's right then :(

Nope, it is an upload problem. I keep getting
"STATUS 909 STRUCTURE WRITE ERROR"

I have all clients on -qt and -df :D
BTW..is there a switch that will tell the client not to try to connect to the server _at all_ ?

If you use the '-i f' switch it bypasses the internet connection.

It looks as though I lost about 65,000 structures last night :( After the 909 error, I looked and it had deleted the fold and protein result files for the structures sent... Unfortunately for Nanobot, I have a backup :D
