Forums Layout Change

at the request of many members (and mods, and admins) we have changed the layout abit of the forums, and moved the Hardware/OC forums back to the top, and brought the OC forums out from hiding and back in main view. So, no, you aren't going crazy, we just like to "move the furniture" around abit. ;)

we originally had it setup the other way to keep the forums looking abit cleaner, but if everyone prefers it this way, then that's the way it should be....glad you like it though..:D
